The force I found was Corruption all along. This venture was useless...

And yet, I do not find myself without hope (though my fellows have long since ignored me, fallen into their own paroxysms of despair). I have come to believe, or I should say realize, that these strange minute tendrils of Corruption did indeed weaken the barriers that Alecksi created. This fact cannot be ignored! Especially considering how little we actually used in our tests.

My proposal is thus: safe amounts of Corruption can be used as a wedge, while our own powers become the mallet that breaks through. If this hypothesis holds true through the next trials I will be conducting, without sanction from my fellows admittedly, then it might further be true that we can use Corruption like an innoculate... giving us access to its power, but none of its taint.
